Returns Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All return shipping cost will be subtracted from refund total and you will be subject to a
10% or a $20 fee, whichever is greater. 

If you decide to request a return, please email us at, quoting your order number in the subject field & your reason for return. Reasons cannot include the quality of the pair, as ‘quality control’ is associated with the manufacturing process by the respected brands offered and is something that is not in our control.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

  1. We will accept your request via email,
  2. If accepted we will provide instructions for the return,
  3. Within 3 working days of successfully receiving the item back, we will process the refund, if applicable. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to return back into your account. 

In the very unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item / size, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item. In this case we will reimburse shipping costs & refund your order once successfully received. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.

Exchanges for sizes are not available, a new order would need to be placed.

Returns are not available for international orders. 

Note: It is the responsbility of the customer to send a return with an insured delivery service and to the right address. We have the right to refuse a return if you do not meet our policies.
